1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Uwitu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 to transact on Uwitu.

3. Collaborations and payments

Members agree campaign scope, deliverables and commercial terms directly. Integrated checkout and escrow are not yet available during the MVP launch; do not send money to anyone claiming to collect payment on Uwitu's behalf.

4. Conduct

You must not:

• Post misleading, illegal or abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass the platform for payment.
• Misrepresent your audience or engagement.

Violations may result in suspension.

5. Disputes

Uwitu provides a resolution process for disputes over deliverables and payments. Our decisions in such cases are final.

6. Liability

Uwitu is a marketplace and network connecting independent parties. We are not party to the underlying agreements between members and brands.
